Apologies that the website is a little mismatched. It is undergoing some work to update all the products and courses, and as Nicole is a mum and also supporting her families with their childrens sleep, the update is taking a little more time, so some bits may be tidier than others. You can see all the online courses at https://shop.baby2sleep.co.uk/, along with an overview all the modules covered in each of the courses from preparing for birth and the first 6 months after having a baby, right through to your child being 6 years old. Nicole has also been featured in the Manchester Evening News, The Sue Atkins Podcast, BBC, ITV, Metro News with more to come.

About the Parents and your Journey

Introducing
Baby2Sleep
Baby2Sleep is ran by Nicole, a mum to Sofia (6) and Alyssia (2).
After a traumatic start to motherhood in 2016, Nicole began to study sleep and eventually changed her career to help others in December 2017.
Nicole has undertook the Holistic Sleep Coaching Course created by Lyndsey Hookway through BabyEm and The Incredible Years course to support toddlers and preschoolers.
Nicole knows only too well the dark depths that sleep deprivation can take you to and it very nearly broke her family apart.
Please read the About Me section to find out about the different support offered and know that you are in safe and non-judgemental hands with Nicole. You can book a free 15 minute call with Nicole by clicking here.
